Delivery Methods

Delivery can be arranged in one of the following ways:

• by our own transport,

• by the customer’s transport,

• or by any third-party logistics provider agreed upon by both parties.

All logistics matters — including the choice of transport, delivery route, and cost — are discussed at the stage of confirming the order volume, price, and production time.

Preparation & Lead Time

Standard orders are prepared for shipment within 3–10 business days after payment confirmation, depending on product type and quantity.
Every coffin or urn is securely packed to ensure full protection during transportation.

Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully inspected before shipment. Each unit is packed in suitable protective materials and labeled according to transport requirements.
Special handling or export documentation can be arranged upon request.

Delivery Conditions

Incoterms (EXW, DAP, or other) and exact delivery addresses are specified individually for each order.
